Pricing questions
Can I really start for free?
Yes. The Free plan includes one connected Telegram bot, two active automations and 500 automation runs a month, with no credit card required and no time limit.
When do I need a paid plan?
Instagram and Facebook automation is included on the Creator and Creator Pro plans. Upgrade when you want to connect those channels, run more automations, or go past the monthly run limit.
What counts as an automation run?
One run is one execution of a flow — for example, one person commenting your keyword and receiving your reply. Monthly runs reset at the start of each billing period. Draft automations and test previews do not count.
What happens if I go over a limit?
Automations pause rather than failing silently, and you are told which limit was reached. Nothing is deleted, and everything resumes as soon as you upgrade or the period resets.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time and the limits change immediately. Your automations, contacts and history stay in your account either way.
Do you offer refunds?
If something is not working as described, contact us and we will make it right. Plans are monthly, so you can also simply cancel before the next billing date.
