What is Pertance?
Pertance is an automation tool for creators and small businesses. It replies to Instagram and Facebook comments and DMs, and to Telegram messages, using visual flows you build yourself — turning engagement into leads, link clicks and sales without any code.
How does Instagram comment-to-DM automation work?
You choose a post and a keyword. When someone comments that keyword, Pertance can reply publicly under their comment and send them a private DM with your link, usually within a few seconds and within Instagram’s own rules.
Do I need to share my Instagram or Facebook password?
No. You connect your accounts through the official authorisation flow, so your password never reaches Pertance. Telegram connects using a bot token you generate yourself and can revoke at any time.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan lets you connect a Telegram bot and run your first automations at no cost, with no card required. Instagram and Facebook are included on the Creator and Creator Pro plans.
Is Pertance a ManyChat alternative?

Will my account be at risk?
Pertance uses the official platform APIs and respects their rules, including the 24-hour messaging window Meta applies to replies. It never asks for your password, never uses browser automation, and never sends unsolicited messages to people who have not contacted you.
How quickly do replies go out?
Typically within a few seconds of the comment or message arriving. Automations run on a background queue that is always on, so replies go out overnight and at weekends exactly as they do at midday.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Plans are monthly with no contract or cancellation fee. If you downgrade, your automations and contacts stay in your account — only the limits change.
